Get a taste for science with hands-on lessons using Project Learning Tree (PLT) resources.
Co-Coordinators Susan Quincy and Beth Bernard will share a few classroom ready lessons that engage students in exploring their environment, nurturing teir curiosity, while supporting the educator with science content.
The PLT Charcuterie Board will include a diversity of grade level lessons. Some sweet and some savory for integrated content applications. You will be able to test the lessons and activities as you gather resources and materials during this fast paced, happy hour style of professional development.
This free event for elementary teachers includes a complimentary 1 year membership in CSTA. Snacks, coffee and water will be provided. Lesson materials will be sent home with participants. Lesson materials will be sent home with participants.
